Returns and Refunds Policy
Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day change of mind period from the date you receive your handpan drum or singing bowl. If you simply change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund. Please note:

Returns due to change of mind are at the customer’s cost.

The item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with no damage or markings, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your handpan or singing bowl upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is:

Defective

Incorrect
We will assess the issue and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalised handpans or bowls

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow extra time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
